The choir specializes in thematic concert programmes. The repertoire consists predominantly of Renaissance and Baroque music. Cum decore co-operates with instrumentalists specializing in the authentic interpretation of early music. The choir has been working for 23 years now under Čeněk Svoboda, doctoral graduate in choral conducting from Charles University in Prague and tenor singer in Collegium 1704 and Dresdner Kammerchor.

In close co-operation with Cum decore, there is a preparatory choir comprising of about 30 grammar school pupils representing the school at public and official occasions. The choir, fondly nicknamed Potěr (Fry), is led by Zuzana Kubelková, a graduate in choral conducting from UJEP in Ústí nad Labem.
